Instruction to Presenters · Registration of interest to present a paper at NAEAP 2009 opens on the 6th of April 2009. · Abstract[s] should be submitted by email to Dr [mrs] Nkechi Ikediugwu, Chairman LOC through naeap@yahoo.com, nkechiikediugwu@yahoo.com or online below. · On submission of your abstract you may call the Chairman LOC, Dr [mrs] Nkechi Ikediugwu [Phone +2348033105894, +2348077860008, +2347081207934] or send SMS message for confirmation. · All applicants will be contacted regarding the status of their abstracts by 2nd of July 2009, through their emails. · All participants whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the conference will be required to submit their full papers by the 22nd of August 2009. You will at this point be told how to pay and register for the conference. · Full papers will be refereed for publication in either the Association journal or book of readings.
Modes of paper submission could be any of the following · Research paper · Conceptual paper
.1. RESEARCH PAPER PRESENTATION Requirements for Abstract submission · The abstract should be submitted in MS word [doc] file and not more than 250 words in length, this however excludes the paper title authors name and address. · The abstract should be prepared in lower case letters [times12] · Type the abstract in bold in sentence case on the first line · Provide for names[s] of authors[s] initials and last/surname[s] affiliations, city and country · Papers involving more than one author, the name and e-mail address of the presenter should be underlined · The abstract should be formatted in single- line spacing. · Delegates should ensure that their abstract is error free as the LOC will not be liable for typographical problems. · Abstract should be submitted by email to Dr [mrs] Nkechi Ikediugwu, Chairman LOC through naeap@yahoo.com, nkechiikediugwu@yahoo.com or through the association website www.naeap.net by clicking on Naeap 2009 conference then it will led you to call for papers.
Submission of Full Papers All delegates accepted to present papers are expected to submit a full paper [maximum of 3000 words] by the 22nd of August, 2009. To facilitate ease in paper submission delegates should take particular note of the following information. Only papers that come in by this date and are paid for will be publish in the conference proceedings. *Note that presenters must register before the submission of their full papers.
Guidelines for Paper Submission Strict adherence to the following guidelines is essential: Submit as a MS WORD file attached to an email message. Use A4 paper size with 2 cm left, right, top and bottom margins. Ensure that all figures, tables, etc., will fit within a rectangle with these dimensions. Limit your entire paper to 10 pages, single-spaced. This page limit includes abstracts, diagrams, tables, appendices, and references. Give the title of the paper in 14-point bold upper-case (centered), the author(s)' names centered in 12-point bold lower-case, and the institution(s) centered in 12 point lowercase (not bold) Times New Roman. The abstract should be 9 point Times New Roman, indented 1 cm on both sides. Use 11 -point Times New Roman single-spaced for running text. Use full justification. Do not use headers or footers. Although footnotes must not be used, endnotes can be placed before the Reference List. Pages should be numbered (to the right, at the top of each page). Figures and tables should be placed in the text where they are to appear (approximately). They must not "straddle" pages. Captions for figures and tables, and any associated notes, should be presented according to APA conventions. Use APA formatting and referencing (see Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th edition, 2001).

· Abstracts for posters presenters be submitted online through the association website www.naeap.net by clicking to NAEAP 2009 CONFERENCE · Conference delegates presenting posters are expected to submit a1250 word summary of the poster latest by 2nd of May 2009. · Poster will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall · Posters will be put up for display from 8.00am on Wednesday the 23th of September and removed on Friday the 25th of September 2009 at 6.00pm.

GUIDELINE FOR POSTER PRESENTATION Poster presenters should pay particular attention to the following details
· .Poster submitted must have this dimension 600mm wide and 900mm in length · The poster should be attractive with colour separations. · The poster should be well organised with good explanatory notes · The title and the presenters names should be displayed at the top of the poster in a single row with letters 9-10 cm high · The photograph of the presenters may be necessary to know the presenter and seek for explanation about the work · Each section of the poster should not be more than 10 lines with a lettering of 1-1.5cm high this will enhance easy reading · All tables, photograph ,figures should be clearly captioned and be at least 20 by 28cm · The task of setting up the posters is that of the presenter.
4. VIRTUAL PRESENTATION:
· Your Conference proposal will be listed in the Conference.
