Presenters Registration

*It is required that all presenters must pre-register. Please Note that the LOC for NAEAP 2009 is not be in any position to offer complementary registration to presenters.

*Presenter’s registration closes on 22^nd August, 2009. If your registration fee is not received by this date, your presentation will not be included in the conference programme or Book of Abstracts. Besides this your full paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.

*If your abstract is accepted for presentation you will be contacted before 2^nd June, 2009.

*At this point you will be referred to register and pay for the conference and send in your full paper.

Keynotes Addresses

Speakers invited by the Local Organizing Committee [LOC] will address the relative Conference themes.

Paper Sessions

The session will involve the facilitation of abstracts submitted by participants. Various parallel and plenary sessions will be offered to delegates at the sessions.

Poster Sessions

Posters will be displayed in the exhibition hall for delegates to view. Please contact the NOC Dr(Mrs) Hauwa Imam for further information at naeap@yahoo.com

Please note that registration is online and it is the preferred means of registration. The online registration form can be downloaded here.        For those without internet access, please complete the registration form and return it as an e-mail attachment to Dr(Mrs) Hauwa Imam through naeap@yahoo.com OR by post to the Conference Secretariat.

Terms and Conditions

• Early Bird registration is only applicable to those that book and pay prior to the cut-off dates.
• Even if you register prior to cut-off day but omit to pay, you will be automatically be charge the higher registration fee.
• No registration will be confirmed without  full pre-payment and no access to the conference or Exhibition will be allowed.
• Please note that you are advised that any payment which incurs bank charges will be on the delegates account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment of these charges is requires.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

• Participants cancelling on or before 31 July, 2009 Will be entitled to an 40% refund.
• Cancellation after 8 August, 2009 will not be entitled to any refund.
• All refunds will only be processed after the conference.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Conference secretariat, in order to receive any possible
• Reimbursement.
